Common user issues

The following are common user issues you can experience after you deploy your solution.

• Review documents appear as blank white pages within Workspace for users
• External users and approvers do not receive email
• Review templates changed
• No buttons are available to complete a review or approval in Workspace
• Cannot access reviews when the password changes on the LiveCycle server
• Cannot change the review options using Acrobat Review Tracker
• Deadlines do not display in Review Tracker for reviews
• Not able to connect to the review server or publish comments
• Reviewers are able to publish comments after a review ends
