No buttons are available to complete a review or approval in Workspace

Symptom : When reviewing a document in Workspace, the user can add, retrieve, and publish comments. However, no buttons are visible in Workspace to complete the task or approve the document.

Resolution: To complete a review, reviewers require a minimum of Acrobat 9.2 or Adobe Reader 9.2. Users must upgrade their version of Acrobat or Adobe Reader to 9.2 or later.
