External users and approvers do not receive email

Symptom: External review participants and approvers do not receive email for tasks assigned to them.

Resolution: External participants and approvers receive email from Workspace. Ensure that you have configured the LiveCycle server to send email.

The Review, Commenting, and Approval building block sends email notifications to review participants during review stages. The email settings to send these notifications are configured in a service named EmailService. (See Configuring email settings in LiveCycle ES2.5 Administration .)
