Reviewers are able to publish comments after a review ends

Symptom: Even though a review has ended, the reviewer is able to publish their comments. Reviews can end when the review ends or when all required participants have completed the review.

Resolution: This behavior is as designed. If a document is already open in Acrobat when a review ends, the connection is cached in Acrobat. This allows the user to publish their comments while Acrobat is running. When the user reopens Acrobat in a new session, they will not be able to publish the comments.
