Review documents appear as blank white pages within Workspace for users

Symptom: When users access their task, the review document is not visible and appears as a white page (or blank) in Workspace. Alternatively, a separate window with a PDF screen with the text: This form is used to load a PDF for initialization.

Resolution: Workspace or your web browser does not recognize Acrobat or Adobe Reader on the computer. To remedy the issue, complete these steps:

  1. In Acrobat or Adobe Reader, select Edit > Preferences > Internet.

  2. Select Display PDF In Browser .

  3. Click Save and exit.

  4. Restart your web browser.
