Before
you upgrade processes that include Chained Process actions, you
need to activate the subprocess that the actions target.
The functionality that Chained Process QPACs provided in LiveCycle
Workflow 7.x is replaced by the ability to invoke processes by using
the invoke operations of their services. When processes are upgraded,
Chained Process actions are replaced with invoke operations of the
targeted processes. You need to activate the targeted process before
you upgrade so that the Process Upgrade Tool can locate the process's
service.
