For
each type of action that the processes you are upgrading contains,
an upgrade definition file must be registered with Workbench. Upgrade
definition files for LiveCycle 7.x QPACs are installed with Workbench
in the
[installation root]
\Adobe\Adobe LiveCycle Workbench
ES2\Workbench ES\upgrade directory.
To register the files, specify the directory where they are located
in the Workbench preferences. After you specify the directory, to
register further files at a later time, place them in the directory
and restart Workbench.
To register an upgrade definition file:

Place all
of your upgrade definition files in a directory that Workbench can access.

Click Window > Preferences.

Click Browse and select the directory where the upgrade definition
files are located.

Click OK.
