Configuring a custom prepareDocumentForReview process

In LiveCycle Administration Console, configure the Review, Commenting, and Approval service to use the service you created

1. In a web browser, log in to the LiveCycle Administration Console. For example, http://localhost:8080/adminui.

2. Select Services > Applications and Services > Service Management.

3. Search for ReviewCommentingAndApprovalService and click on the service name.

4. In the Configure tab for the ReviewCommentiadngAndApprovalService, set the Name Of The Process To Prepare A Review Document Before Enabling It For Shared Review parameter to the process name you created. For example, MyCustomApp/prepareDocumenForReviewModified. (See Creating a custom prepareDocument process .)

   Note: The name of the process contains the application name. To determine the string to enter, search for name of the process you created in Service Management. For example, when you perform a search, you find MyCustomApp/PrepareDocumentForReviewModified: 1.0, enter MyCustomApp/PrepareDocumentForReviewModified as the value.

5. Click Save.
