Removes an approver from an approval stage. If there are
parallel approval stages, an approver can complete the approval
before you remove them and this operation call can fail with an
exception. Similarly, if a stage or review is complete when an update
operation is attempted, update operations can fail with exception.
Examples of operations that can fail are ones that add/remove reviewer/approver
or revoke review.

Input properties
The input properties for the operation.
Review ID
A

value
that represents the unique review context identifier (review ID)
for the review.
Stage Number
An
int
value
that represents the stage number from which to remove the approver.
A default value of one is provided to indicate the first stage.
LC UM Domain
A
string
value
that specifies the LiveCycle User Management domain of the approver
to remove.
LC UM Canonical Name
A
string
value
that specifies the LiveCycle User Management canonical name of the
approver, such as a user ID.
