Email Templater

The Email Templater service creates the email using email templates. The emails are sent by the building block to review participants and review initiators. The purpose of the emails is to indicate when specific actions occurred during a review. For example, emails are sent when a new reviewer is added to a review stage or when an approval stage completes.

Note: Process Management sends email to notify users that they are assigned a task. Those emails are not the same as the emails sent by the EmailTemplater service, which are related to Review, Commenting, and Approval functions.

For information about the operations in Workbench, see Email Templater in LiveCycle Workbench 9.5 Help .
