The Email Templater service creates email to send to review participants. Review
participants are people involved in review of a document and includes reviewers,
approvers, moderators, and administrators.
Emails are created using email templates provided available in
the ReviewCommentingAndApproval application. The Email Templater
service uses the Apache Velocity engine to send notification to
review participants about reviews.
The Email Templater service is part of the Review, Commenting,
and Approval (RCA) building block. (See
