Message : Access restricted on update for ReviewId R-XXXXXX-XXXX, Revision X in StageNo X. Only review initiators and moderators are allowed to update a review.

Explanation Only the initiator or moderator is allowed to update a review. Operations such as add/remove reviewers or approvers, update stage duration, revise review or revoke review all come under the umbrella updating a review.

Possible Causes :

1. The user invoking the operation is not an initiator or moderator.

2. When you are using the GlobalCorp solution template and using multiple LiveCycle applications that support single sign-on (SSO) in the same browser session, logging in as different users causes context switching. In such situations, you may encounter the errors mentioned previously because you are no longer logged in to the GlobalCorp solution template with a user profile configured with the RCA Initiate Review user role. To avoid this issue, do not use the same browser session to log in to different LiveCycle applications with different user credentials.
