Message : Read Template permission is required to read a Review Template.

Explanation : To read a template, the user requires the RCA Read Template permission. By default, only the RCA Initiator, RCA Administrator, and RCA Template Author user roles have the RCA Read Template permission.

Possible Causes :

1. The user invoking the operation does not have RCA Read Template permission.

2. When you are using the GlobalCorp solution template and using multiple LiveCycle applications that support single sign-on (SSO) in the same browser session, logging in as different users causes context switching. In such situations, you can encounter the errors mentioned previously because you are no longer logged in to the GlobalCorp solution template with a user profile configured with the RCA Read Template permission. To avoid this issue, do not use the same browser session to log in to different LiveCycle applications with different user credentials.
