Retrieves a list of process names that can be used for
the creation of Approval Routing Slips (ARS) or Routing Tracking
Sheets (RTS).
All deployed LiveCycle applications are searched by default.
To optimize the search, specify the Custom Processes Application
configuration property for the service. Set the value to the name
of the application that you use to deploy pre-hook and post-hook
processes.
