This operation reloads the list of review templates from
the template store provided by Review Zone Provider.
The template list is stored in the Review Commenting & Approval
database. You can directly copy a template in LiveCycle Collaboration
Service (under REVIEW_TEMPLATES space) without going through Review
Commenting & Approval APIs. If you copy the template directly,
calling this operation refreshes the list of available templates
in the Review Commenting & Approval database. Review templates
are XML files that allow review initiators to start reviews. Review
