The following service configuration can be modified for
the Review Commenting & Approval (RCA) Core service. (See
Editing service configurations
.)
Some of the service configuration properties have default values.
To override the default values, use LiveCycle Administration Console
or LiveCycle Workbench to specify different values for the operation
properties.
To modify the service configuration, in LiveCycle Workbench,
in the Components view, select ReviewCommentingAndApproval >
ReviewCommentingAndApprovalService:1.0.

Trust Store Alias For Reader Extension Credential:
-
The alias of the Reader Extension Credential to use for applying
usage rights on PDF documents.

Name Of The Process To Prepare A Document Before Enabling
It For Shared Review:
-
Name of the process to use to prepare review documents for
review. The default value is ReviewCommentingAndApproval/processes/core/PrepareDocumentForReview.

Throw LiveCycle Events:
-
If this configuration is set selected, the service throws LiveCycle
events, such as the ReviewStartEvent. The default is not to throw events,
except for the ReviewCompleteEvent which is always thrown regardless of
the configuration of this setting.

Email Template Location:
-
The default value is /Applications/ReviewCommentingAndApproval/1.0/resources/templates/email/notification.

Email External Resource URL:
-
The URL from which external resources found in HTML emails
(such as images and cascading style sheets) are loaded. Managed Review
and Approval Solution Accelerator email templates contain images
that are hosted in a web portal. By default, the solution accelerator
web portal hosts the images. If you move the web portal to a different
content root, change this value to the new location. For example,
instead of http://server:8080/reviewportal/images, you can use http://server:8080/reviewportal_moved/images.
If you use LiveCycle Configuration Manager to configure the Managed
Review and Approval Solution Accelerator, LiveCycle Configuration
Manager configures this URL.

From Address Of The Notification Emails:

The From address of emails sent by Review, Commenting, and
Approval building block to reviewer/approver/review initiator/moderator.
The value to put in the From field for emails that are sent. The default
is no-reply@adobe.com.

LiveCycle Workspace URL:
-
The URL to access LiveCycle Workspace 9 to complete reviews
and approvals. The default value is http://localhost:8080/workspace,
which is configured when you install the Managed Review & Approval
Solution Accelerator. This URL is injected (at runtime) in the click
here link for emails to reviewer/approver/review initiator.

Whether To Use Custom Processes To Store/update/search
Custom Attributes:

Specifies whether to use processes created using Workbench
9.5 to store, update, and search for custom attributes. Custom attributes
are additional metadata to add to reviews and review templates.

Process Which Stores Custom Attributes:
-
The name and location of the process that stores the custom
attributes. This property is used only when Whether To Use Custom
Processes To Store/update/search Custom Attributes option is selected.
You specify the location by providing the name of the process, folder
name, and process name. For example, use the
MyCustomApplication/myprocessfolder/CustomStoreProcess
.

Process Which Updates Custom Attributes:

The name and location of the process that updates the custom
attributes. This property is used only when Whether To Use Custom
Processes To Store/update/search Custom Attributes option is selected.
