Creates and updates the preferences for a user. You can
set preferences such as whether notifications are sent to the user,
saved searches, and the unique canonical identifier for the user.
To update the preferences of another user, you must be assigned
the “RCA Administrator” role.

to add.
canonicalName

that specifies the LiveCycle User Management canonical name of the
reviewer, such as a user ID.
