After initiating a review, adding approvers or revising the review fails

Symptom: After initiating a review, adding participants such as reviewers fails with the following server log:

com.adobe.livecycle.rca.common.exception.RCAException: No Review exists for ReviewId R-20100824-230826-990-5400 .

Resolution: In environments where database access is slow, invoke a process with the Get Review Context XML operation or call the com.adobe.livecycle.rca.service.core.delegate.ReviewCommentingAndApprovalService.getReviewContext() method.
