AuditConfig.xml

The file contains the list of audit levels and the audit
actions for each level. Modify the audit configuration file to add
a new audit level or modify the audit levels for an existing audit
level. Restart the ReviewCommentingAndApproval component when changes
to the AuditConfig.xml file are made.
