Archiving reviewed documents

Embedded within a PDF document that is enabled for Acrobat Shared Review is the location of the comments. Comments are stored separately. Therefore, when a review document is opened, a network connection is required to retrieve the comments. If the review document is moved to another location for archival, the links in the review document continue to point to the original location of the comments.

Comments for a review document are visible as long as the location where the comments are stored is accessible and has not been deleted.
